She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Violini and Ferdinando Violini; and her brother John Violini. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, Janee Neil (Rob), Terese Sharples (Scott) and Joe Kubista (Marnie); her grandchildren, Travis, Parker and Spencer Neil; her children, Grayson, Katherine Sharples, Sam, Stephen and Lauren Kubista; and her siblings, Theresa Coady, Rita Violini, Leo Violini (Kae), Maria MacIssac (Rod), Louis Violini (Glynnis), Michael Violini and Jeanette Violini (David). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family has chosen to send donations to Alzheimer Society of Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
