Cecil Francis Harnack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Francis Harnack in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Cecil departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cecil. Though Cecil may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his parents, Alfred and Frances; and his brothers, George and John.

He is survived by: his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law Greg Hallett; his son Rodney; his daughter-in-law Lori Harnack; and his grandsons, Zachary and Spencer Harnack.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (2 Ave, Beiseker, AB T0M0G0).
