He was predeceased by: his wife Mercedita Alvendia Castro. He is survived by: his close friend Eleanor Lamm; his daughters, Grace (Yvan), Karla (David) and Lisa (Gary); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Vincent, Jamie and Sara Grace; and his siblings, Conrado (Gloria), Nestor (Tess), Emerita (Eduardo), Vel, Sonia (Ottie), Mila and Terry (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
