He is survived by: his parents, Sam and Dorothy (Goodman); his wife Joan; his children, Tom, Mary Lou Banks, Janice, David Loukras, Warren and Tara Banks; his sister Leone Banks (Wendy); and his nephews, Douglas (Arda), Andrew (Sharon) and David Thomson (Cynthia).
