He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Elliott; his parents, Kenneth and Florence; and his brothers, Don and Ken.
He is survived by: his children, Pam (Rob), Dave (Cheryl) and Scott (Julie); his sister Jean (Manuel); his grandchildren, Candace (Scott), Shandra (Frank), Sheena (Brian), Caillie, Jeremy (Heather), Jason (Lindsey), Jenelle (Danny), Connor and Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Dominique, Izzy, Peyton, Owen, Charlie, Morgan, Mason and Astrid.
In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Foothills Medical Centre, Calgary, Alberta.
