He was predeceased by: his father Dave McIntosh. He is survived by: his mother Julie McIntosh; his wife Tracy Underschultz; his daughters, Kyla and Chase; his pet Molly; his siblings, Chuck McIntosh (Berni), Debbie Pratt and Sandi Coghlan (Rob); his parents-in-law, Terry and Linda Underschultz; and his sisters-in-law, Terry-Lynn Cranston (Shane) and Melanie Miller (Jason). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mickelson National Golf Club (34122 E Harmony Trl, Calgary, AB T3Z0G8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Chris's honor.
