She was predeceased by: her father Felix Kozakiewich; and her siblings, Bernice, Yvonne and Stan. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Grant (Wally) of Calgary, AB; her mother Michelena Kozakiewich (Lena); her close friend Trinity Lodge; her children, Carolyn (Tim), Bruce (Ramses), Sandra, Ken (Tamara), Kathy (Jan) and Tom (Marcia); her great grandchildren, George, Amicia and Autumn; her aunts and uncles, Yvonne, Stan, Bernice and Sandy; Asia, Quebec of Phoenix, AZ, Mathew (Cathy), Joel, Kaitlyn (Mitch), Melissa and Ryan.

Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
