It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Craig Erwin (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on May 2, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby (Slomskie) and Clark; and his siblings, Islay (Arnott), Robert and Wayne.

He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Kevin (Joan), Shelly (Doran), Mark, Kerry, Kim (Greg) and Clarke (Sandy); and his siblings, Joy (Bleach), Sandra (Erwin) and Dave. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life will occur when the pandemic restrictions have been lifted.

“Ilona and I are very sad to hear of Uncle Craig’s passing. Even though distance did not allow for frequent visits, and many years could go by between them, it always felt like no time had passed at all when we did meet again. On each occasion we were always welcomed with open arms and treated as if we had never left. Uncle Craig “the man who was bigger than life” and the brother that my Dad always looked up to, will be missed. May the two brothers enjoy their reunion in heaven.”
