He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Patricia; and his brothers, Jack and Michael. He is survived by: his significant other Colleen; his daughter Shayann (Jay); and his siblings, Anne, Mary, Michelle (David) and Jerry (Brian). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
