He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Negus; his parents, Linda MacInnis (Canning) and Rollie MacInnis; his siblings, Jason MacInnis (Ashley Greening), Jon MacInnis and Betsy MacKenzie; his nephew Ethan; his niece Aubrey; and his close friend Jody Canning. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
