He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his siblings-in-law, Mary Caenepeel (Chris) of Los Angeles, CA and Pat Murray (Lancy) of Kanata, ON; and his nieces, Kathleen (Grant) and Jessica (Charlie). He is also survived by nephews, cousins and long-time friends.
In lieu of flowers or charitable contributions, David asks family and friends to treat themselves to a delicious dinner at a restaurant of their choice and, at some point, drink a toast not to his memory but rather to their friendship, because he was always so very grateful to have had them in his life.
