He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Chalmers and Noreen Chalmers; and his brothers, Steve, Rick and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Amanda (Markus) and Cara (Dave); his grandsons, Bradley, Elliott Pocsik and Cooper; and his sister Christine (Kerry).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Calgary Humane Society.
