He was predeceased by: his parents, Shizuo Miyauchi and Tomi Miyauchi; and his sisters, Sachi Moriyama (Ray), Judy Miyauchi of Toronto, Totsy Nishimura (Sway) of Raymond, AB and Irene Takagawa (Ken) of Kyoto.
He is survived by: his wife Betty MacRae; his children, Kevin Miyauchi (Cathy) of Toronto and Alison Miyauchi (Joseph Kline) of Nashville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, David and Kevin.
