He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Sherry (Mike) and Wendy; his grandchildren, Jasmine (Dan), Josiah (Natalie) and Jessica; his great grandchild Levi David; and his siblings, Pete (Betty), Helen, Hank (Gert), Kathie and Susie (Hank). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
