He is survived by: his children, Teresa, David Jr. (Wendy) and Randy Welsh; his grandchildren, David III, Jennifer and Bailey; his mother Eva Hicks; his brothers, Ralph (Barbara) and John (Sharon); and also Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
