He was predeceased by: his close friend Katherine Grieve (Kaye). He is survived by: his sons, Troy (Andrea Patterson) and Gerat (Shelley Patterson); his grandchildren, Colten Patterson, Spencer Patterson, Sam Patterson and Kyleigh Patterson; and his siblings, Lucill Maddison (late Leonard), Lorea Patterson, Leao Vermeylen (Ron) and Daren (Denise).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you make a memorial donation to a charity of your choice, Dean was a very giving person and supported many worthwhile charities.
