He is survived by: his significant other Lavern Walper; his children, Ayla (Jono), Jena, Jade, David (Kelsey), Tru and Bree; his grandchildren, Luckas and Saphira; his parents, Jim Lewis and Nancy Lewis; his sister Carolynn (Tracey); his siblings' children, Jamie, Cadrin, Carrena and William; his sister Pamela (Steve); his siblings' children, Owen and Evan; and his parent-in-law Jack.
