He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Studer and Mary Studer (Flannery); Rafael and Pia Apilado (Garcia). He is survived by: his wife Beatriz; and his siblings, Ned (Linda), Louella, Katherine, Christine (Gary), Steve (Britta), John and Teresa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins and his one aunty.
A vigil service will be held on Thursday, June 4th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Eden Brook Funeral Home (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1525 45 St SE, Calgary, AB T2A1N3).
In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully accepted by the Epilepsy Association of Calgary or the Canadian Cancer Society.
