She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Cook and Dorothy Cook (Chute); her sister Nance McNally; and her son Donald Allan Hearn. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Cook (Barb), Patricia Rice, Susan Morton, Deborah Cook, Lloyd Cook (Darlene) and Beverley Cottreau (Robert); and her children, Annette Montford (Trevor), Joseph Hearn (Lorida), David Hearn (Alia) and James Hearn. She is also survived by nephews, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
