He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughter Shelly Billard; his husband Shawn of Halifax, NS; his sister Gerry Moen of Red Deer; Katie of Halifax, NS and Kellie of Halifax, NS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nephews.
