He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Heid; his wife Leslie Allen; his stepchildren, Sebastien, Dominic and Naomi Wong; his sister Marjorie; his brother-in-law Robert Pullen; his nephew Mark Pullen; his great-niece Peyton Pullen; his mother Rena; and his brothers, Clayton and Raymond.
