He is survived by: his wife Judy Evans of Calgary; his brother-in-law Jim Polukoshko; his brothers, Ted (Denise) and Bill (late Sharon); his nieces and nephews, Erin, Andrew, Dan (Marlise), Neal, Celine (Tony), Nadine (Owen) and Murielle (late Katy); and his sister-in-law Linda.
