He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mayall and Lilian Mayall; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Denise (Dale), Jeff (Rebecca) and Michelle (Ryan); his granddaughter Hannah; his sister-in-law Loretta; and his nephew Scott (Sharon). He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
