She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Koper. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald, Bud (Jan), Bob, Mavis, Lorne and Audrey; her children, Robert, Trevor (Randene), Nancy (Todd) and Lori (Ken); her grandchildren, Brie, Quinn, Jake and Hannah; and her former husband Dennis Andrews.

In lieu of flowers, Donna has asked for donations to the ALS Society of Alberta.
