It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doreen Ann Lalonde in Calgary, Alberta, born in Selkirk, Manitoba, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Balcaen and Ed Balcaen; her husband Roger Lalonde; her children, Marc (Monique Denis), Marilou (Richard Oga), Jocelyne (Randal Smith), Angele (Gerard Testa) and Lise (Roger Towsley); and her sisters, Alice, Marilyn, Marie, Margaret and Christine. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
