She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Georgina Rasmussen and James Rasmussen; her siblings, Verna Day, Audrae Jackson and Leland Rasmussen; her husband Milan; her stepchildren, Robert Marich (Jill) and Audrae Monk (Clive); her grandchildren, Aaron Marich, Breanna Marich (James), Jaclyn Kirk (David) and Joshua Monk (Tina); and her great grandchild Jenson Kirk.
The family will be respecting the COVID-19 restrictions by receiving only invited family and friends to Dorothy's funeral service.
Dorothy lived her last six months living with Clive and Audrae and when the paramedics took her, she was still saying "I'm fine!. We know you are fine now! No more pain, Rest in Peace. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in her name.
