She was predeceased by: her son David; and her brother Harold. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy (Melvin Foht) and Dr Sharon Wiens (Steve Wilson); her daughter-in-law Jacquie Laurie; her sister Doris MacKeller; her sister-in-law Nancy Taylor; and her husband Walter. She is also survived by Her extended family in Tillsonburg includes nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Covid took a toll on her as it restricted her movement, and that mobility quickly shrank to eventually disable her.
