With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Edward Deakin (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Laurie (David) and Barb (Mick); his grandchildren, Sarah (Adam), Chloe (Jesse), Isabel (Chris) and Stef (Kara); and his sister Gail.
Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers in Doug's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
