He was predeceased by : his wife Shirley Quigley; his son Roy Quigley (Brent); his parents, Roy Quigley and Emma Quigley; and his brother-in-law James Palmer.

He is survived by : his son David Quigley (Harriet); his grandchildren, Doug and Sarah (James); his daughter-in-law Shawna Quigley; his granddaughter-in-law Meagan of Calgary; his sister Barbara Palmer; his nieces, Valerie (Gary), Noelle, Jane and Sarah (Tom); and also Weston.
