He is survived by: his parents, Marilyn and Doug Sr.; his sisters, Lisa (Ralph) and Meredith (Dori); his aunts and uncles, Dolores Mantua, Meryle Michetti, Ken Michetti, Helen and Jack Macnab; and his siblings' children, Greg, Kenny Hopfner, Madison and Evan Kramreither. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
