He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Willard and Elsie Willard; his sister Debbe Bartley; his brother-in-law Noël Bartley; and his great-nephew Justin Belanger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvie Croteau-Willard and Joëlle Croteau-Willard (Calvin Simpson); and his siblings, Noreen Cameron (Allan Moore) and Blake Willard (Shelley Repka-Willard). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
