He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Dick and Elizabeth Dick; his granddaughter Rachel; and his daughter Suzy. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Debbie (Don), Bob and Tracy; his grandchildren, Nicola, Isaac, Amanda and Ethan; and his sister Lynne.
