He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Janik; his children, Christopher, Michael and Agnieszka; and his granddaughter Emilia.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church (2111 Uxbridge Dr NW, Calgary, AB T2N3Z3).
