He is survived by: his wife Freda; his children, David Petruska (Nancy), Kathy Zeh (Vance), Danny Petruska (Pam) and Jerry Petruska (Tracy); his grandchildren, Danny Petruska (Vanessa), Mandy McMullen (Sean), Heidi Scalercio (Sebastian), Gordie Zeh (Tracy), Nathan Petruska (Jennifer), Mark Petruska, Jared Petruska (Dominique), Brian Petruska, Parker Petruska and Chase Petruska (Ryleigh); and his great grandchildren, Deegan, Amelia, Ryanne, Sloan, Lincoln, Connor and Emily.
