He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Duhn and Annie Duhn; his brothers, Robert Duhn (Jean) and Earl Duhn (Marilyn); and his granddaughter Emma Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Duhn; his children, Blaine Duhn, Sherry Smith (Wes), Tammy Zaretski (Don), Shannon Kozlik (Robert) and Jo Ann Gentleman (George); and his grandchildren, Ryder Smith, Shaylyn Smith, Tyler Byron, Jenna Kozlik, Sydney Kozlik and Katia Zaretski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
