She is survived by: her siblings, Mary and Stephen (Veronica); her stepson Charles (Karen); her nieces and nephews, Sean (Bronwen), Chris (Nicole), Julia (Sean) and Lucy; her grandchildren, Charles (Devynn) and Alysia (Garrett); her great grandchildren, Watson and Hannah; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aedan, Iain, Sebastian, Liliana, Wynn and Emily; her friends, Betty R, Adele, Joan, Betty C, Heena, Mary and Donna; and her close friend Claire.

In Fort St. John Claire was an avid supporter of the Hospital Foundation where she organized and worked in the gardens on the hospital grounds.
