She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick and Eileen Toole; her husband John; her son Jack; and her siblings, Mary Helen, John, Patrick and Joseph Toole.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Charlene), Cathie (Cheryl), Mary, Kevin, Rob and Edward (Debbie). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, numerous extended family, and many dear friends.
