She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabriel D'Amico and Muriel Radford; her husband Bob Kubik of Blairmore; Jim Radford. She is survived by: her son Elenore; her significant other Ken Sorensen of Calgary; her children, Shane Kubik (Karen) of Hillcrest, Billy-Jo Kubik (Rae) of Blairmore, Randy Kubik (Lesa) of Calgary, Ryan Kubik (Shelly) of Calgary, Robin Kubik (Angie) of Lethbridge, Scott Sorensen (Paula) of Vancouver and Rob Sorensen (Kerry) of London; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Gareth, Conor, Korben, Devon, Kaden, Lauren, Reid, Robert, Dalaine, Riley, Ryland, Lucas, Piper and Molly; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Alexander; and her sisters, Carol Perry (George) of Brooks and Trudy Choppe (Rick) of Kelowna.
