He was predeceased by: his father Murdoch Neil; and his brother John Wendell. He is survived by: his children, Chrystal Ashley and Elgin Daniel; his stepson Travis Mitchell Lucier; his pet Lucy; his mother Mary Jessie; and his brothers, Wayne, Kenloch and Halifax. He is also survived by his Aunts and Uncle, many nieces and nephews.
