She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Richard Spittal and Elizabeth Irene Locke Spittal. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Daniel Spittal (Sandy), Sydney Leigh Johnson (Wade) and John Frederick Spittal (Fon); and her sons, Russell John Spittal (Anna) and Raymond Joseph Sydney Cote (Layni).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Open House (5502 2 St SW, Calgary, AB T2H0G9).
After completing a 39-year contribution to education, Liz embraced life's simple joys with boundless energy.
