She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holdsworth and Margaret Gilfillan. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill, Francie and Cindy; and her pets, Timmy, Henry and Fisbee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

For the last 10 years of her life Susie lived with Alzheimer's disease, and Vecova was there to provide the most compassionate support any family could dream of until the very end.
