She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Brine and Muriel Brine (Berry); her husband Eric Grant; her brothers, Edwin (Helen) and Frank; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Brine and Maurice Wilson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Lavery (Scott), June Batsch (Dave) and Susan Grant (Conn Campbell); her grandchildren, Cienna (Parker), Shayna (Mark), Kaylee and Eric; her great grandchild Lyra; and her siblings, Susan Wilson, Valerie Brine-Nichols (Craig), Garfield (Susan), Mark (Sherry), Christopher (Carolyn), Timothy and Leonard (Tina). She is also survived by her family, friends, and fur babies.

Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to the LA Animal Shelter or to the Cumberland Cancer Assistance Fund.
