She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kovacs; her parents, John Martin and Christine Martin; her siblings, William Martin (Bill), Henry, Emma, Hilda, Odelia Stankevich (Tillie), Ella Loney (Len), Ruby Cox and Edna Bell (John); and her siblings' children, Mabel Johnson, Vivian Elliott, Doug Hill, Gordon Bell, Cyndy Bell and Laurie Bell.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Metcalfe (Keith); and her sibling's children, Jim Stankevich (Donna), Dave Stankevich (Sue), Linda Russell (Charles), Phyllis Gillies (Ken), Les Loney, Victoria Hill, Barney Cox (Cathy), Kevin Metcalfe (Melody) and Kendra Zamrykut (Randall).
