He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Darcie Tate (Allan) and Dean; his grandsons, Craig Tate (Marliana), T. J (Thomas), Sheldon and Alexander Petrow; his great grandchild Jude Tate; and his friend O'Hana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
