He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Aberle of Calgary; his children, Dennis (Alison) of Calgary and Karen (Anthony) of Wetaskiwin; his grandchildren, Nicole (Jake) of Airdrie and Jacob of Calgary; his friend Terry Jackson; his cousin Ken Aberle; and also Wally Attrill (Bev Karpiuk). He is also survived by his extended family especially his brother-in-law.
