He is survived by: his wife Yen; his children, Alex (Jacoba), Thomas (Lily), Francis (Karen) and Lily Trinh (Hung Hao); his grandchildren, Raymond (Elaine), Phoebe (Toby), Summer, Kingston, Kaydon and Shayla; and his great grandchild Flynn.
