He is survived by: his wife Anne Kirkham of Calgary, AB; his son-in-law Andrea (Rory Brownell); his daughter Amanda Kirkham of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Alexis and Maya; his sister Lynne; and his sister-in-law Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
