He was predeceased by: his stepfather Richard. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his stepson Jordin; his mother Edith; his sister Donna (Wade); his sister-in-law Theresa; and his nieces and nephews, Adam (Victoria), Amanda, Kelsay (Mike) and Atticus.
