It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Nieman (Calgary, Alberta), born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Nieman; his children, Scott James Nieman (Katie) and Stephanie Lynn Nieman (Danny); his brothers, Ronald Eugene Nieman (Donna), Thomas Elmer Nieman (Sylvia) and Dennis Keith Nieman (Mary); and his grandson Ethan James Nieman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
