He is survived by: his children, Sandy Campbell (Lana), Joel, Emily, Kathryn Ferguson (Telley), Skylee, Tristan, Kim Tenhove (Rob) and Samuel; his sister Jean Campbell of Edmonton; and his wife Esther Otterbein. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
